A Network Interface Card (NIC) failure occurred on one of the physical servers within the Cloud Server infrastructure, resulting in a loss of network connectivity for the Cloud Server instances running on that server.
The affected Cloud Server instances were migrated to an alternate server. Service was fully restored at 09:10.
The faulty Network Interface Card (NIC) was replaced on September 2, 2026, and the server has been returned to normal operation.
